Crab Rangoon



Crab Rangoon

Ingredients 

1 packages - Wonton wrappers

8 oz - Pkg cream cheese

8 oz - Crab meat -- carefully picked

4 Green onion*

Directions 

1* finely chopped tops and all 1.

2Combine cream cheese; crab and onion mix well 2.

3Place a mound of filling in the center of a wonton skin; dampen edges with water and fold in half to make a triagular shape 3.

4Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
